When 6-foot-3, 235-pound Saraland High School tight end Wyndell Archie committed to Troy, he became the first in the school's history to give a pledge to a Division I university.

That's not too shabby, however, considering Saraland's football program is still in its infancy having played just two seasons. The new school with new facilities may have actually helped in Archie's recruitment.
